Kiss the dry cleaners goodbye! Caring for your new Damask Pillow is simple. Kashwére’s Chenilla Cloud™ yarn is specifically designed to be machine washable and dryable, so you can easily add it into your usual laundry routine. To care for your pillow, simply remove the pillow sham and machine wash on cold. Then toss it in the dryer on low-medium with like colors to return it to its original softness – No worries about pilling or shrinking here! To preserve the product’s longevity, do not iron or bleach.

Kashwére endeavors to ship orders within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday.

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt on items that are in new condition and have not been washed.

All returns and exchanges must receive an authorization number prior to their return or will be subject to a 5% restocking fee.
