Returns & Exchanges

This policy applies only to purchases made directly from Kashwére, including Kashwere.com and Kashwére Direct Sales. If your item was purchased from another retailer, marketplace, hotel, spa, or other third-party vendor, please contact the original place of purchase. Kashwére cannot accept returns or exchanges for items purchased outside Kashwére's direct sales channels.

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt, provided they are returned in saleable condition.

To be eligible, items must be:

• unused, unworn, and unwashed;
• in original condition;
• returned with all original tags, stickers, inserts, components, and protective packaging, as applicable;
• returned in original packaging; and
• free from signs of wear, use, laundering, fragrance, perfume, odors, pet hair, makeup, deodorant marks, stains, damage, or alteration.

Returns and exchanges that do not meet these requirements may be denied.

All returns and exchanges require prior authorization from Kashwére.

To begin a return or exchange, please email customerservice@kashwere.com with your order number, the item you would like to return or exchange (including color and size, if applicable), and the reason for your request. A member of our team will provide the next steps.

A valid Return Authorization number must be included with your return. Returns sent without proper authorization may be delayed, refused, or returned to the customer.

Return Authorization allows you to send an item back for review. It does not guarantee that a refund or exchange will be approved.

All returned items are inspected after arrival. Kashwére reserves the right to determine whether a returned item meets this policy and is eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

All returns that meet our stated requirements are approved. However, Kashwére may deny a return or exchange if an item is returned outside the applicable return window, is sent without authorization, is missing original tags or packaging, or shows evidence of use, wear, washing, fragrance, odors, stains, pet hair, damage, alteration, or any other condition that prevents the item from being resold as new.

If a return is not approved, Kashwére will contact the customer regarding available options, which may include returning the item to the customer.

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery.

If an item arrives incorrectly or defective, please contact Kashwére within 48 hours of delivery.

Please always include:

• your order number;
• a brief description of the issue;

And if defective:

• clear photos of the item;
• clear photos of the tags, packaging, and shipping materials; and
• clear photos showing the issue.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement, refund, exchange, or further review.

Kashwére is not responsible for damage, wear, washing, odors, stains, pet hair, improper care, or alteration occurring after delivery.

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt, subject to inventory availability.

To qualify for an exchange, items must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns and must be authorized before being sent back to Kashwére.

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, Kashwére may help you select another item or process the eligible return according to our policy.

Items marked Final Sale, Non-Returnable, or Not Eligible for Return are not eligible for return or exchange.

Gift cards and personalized, monogrammed, or embroidered items are final sale.

Last Chance items ending in $.99 USD before any discounts are applied are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a Kashwére error, such as an incorrect item shipped or a verified product defect reported within the required return window.

If Kashwére provides a prepaid return label, the cost of that label may be deducted from the refund and may appear as a "handling fee" during return processing.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please allow 7-10 business days for return or exchange processing after your return arrives at our warehouse.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any non-refundable shipping charges and any applicable return label cost.

Kashwére does not deduct a restocking fee from approved returns that meet this policy.

From time to time, Kashwére may offer an extended holiday or seasonal return window. Any extended return window will be posted with the applicable dates. Unless an extended window is expressly stated, the standard policy above applies.
