To preserve the product’s longevity, do not iron or bleach.

Kashwére endeavors to ship orders within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday.

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt on items that are in new condition and have not been washed.

All returns and exchanges must receive an authorization number prior to their return or will be subject to a 5% restocking fee.

Best robe ever!
Had this robe at a high end hotel in Miami and absolutely fell in love!! Ordered one as soon as we got home. Best hotel robe, even over the Ritz! Heavy, but cool to the touch. Nice stretchy material that washes and dries beautifully!!

Super comfy
Discovered this robe in a hotel and had to order one. So soft and comfy. Just wish that your shipping costs to Australia weren’t so prohibitive or I’d order more from your site !

Love it, don't hesitate to buy it!
I love this robe! It is very warm and will be perfect for fall and winter. I'm going to buy the lighter weight robe to wear now as it's beginning to warm up. I would say it's true to size, maybe runs a little large? I'm 5'3"/105 lbs, so the XS is roomy on me. But I like an oversized robe!
